I absolutely adore Maria. I started working with her over a month ago because I was having issues with the AIP diet. I know a lot about what not to eat, but I was having a hard time figuring out what to eat. Well Maria really helped to simplify things for me and pointed me toward some great supplements that have been helping to cure my leaky gut. She is really great to work with. I look forward to our meetings. I highly recommend Maria!

If you are looking for a Nutritionist who can bring your numbers down and keep you off expensive medication, Maria is the one. Several years ago I discovered her and she not only brought my numbers down, I've been medicine free ever since. She has continuous learning classes, cooking classes and shopping trips to teach you what to eat. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to bring your numbers down or if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle.

I've known Maria for years. I first met her in a professional setting. When i would refer a patient for an evaluation, I was so impressed by all tbe positive feedback i always got from the patients. Maria explains things in a way that anyone can understand. I am confident enough to send friends and family to Maria. Her classes and seminars are so much fun and informative. I would recommend her over and over.
