This was my first negative experience with Dr. Robert Klein's massage therapist Marisol, upon which this review is based: I showed up for my previously scheduled Saturday May 21, 2016 (today) 9:00 AM massage appointment with Marisol the massage therapist. She was sitting in her car at the west side of the parking lot at the side door entrance to the medical office building at 1601 Clint Moore Rd. I pulled up and said "hello" as she exited her car and then she walked briskly inside the building, oblivious that I too needed to enter in order to keep my appointment with her. She did not even have the decency to hold the door open for me and all doors around the perimeter of the medical building were locked.

Why bother to book appointments and advertise Saturday office hours if a patient cannot even gain access to the doctor's office inside of the building? And then when I immediately called their office number at least 6 times in a row it kept on going to voicemail even though Google states that they are supposed to be open today from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. I left several messages for Dr. Klein and or any available office staff and none were returned.

I would never return to this chiropractic clinic and I recommend that others avoid this place as well as they apparently don't care about a patient's business or wasting someone's precious time. Marisol the massage therapist does not seem to be too bright, nor does she seem to possess any basic common sense, as she both saw and spoke with me, yet refused to wait at the door for a few seconds so that I could enter the building with her.

I gave them another chance after discussing the issue with Dr. Robert Klein and for some reason, Marisol just cannot keep her BIG MOUTH shut and keep her BITTER and NASTY attitude to herself! Just left their office after she accused me of "wasting her precious time" because I insisted upon her giving me the entire 50 minutes massage and not cutting it short because as she put it, "I need to leave a little early today". Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for behavior on the part of NASTY MARISOL whom I recommend that everyone seeking a pleasant massage experience avoid like the plague! She seems to be a miserable person and possibly resents her job or perhaps feels that she is not being paid enough. Who really knows what thoughts are manifesting the negative energy that she projects?
