Very beautiful office and nice environment to have a procedure done. Dr. Carter is very busy but she never rushed me. She listened and answered all of my questions. She is very good at what she does with efficiency.

When I first met Dr Carter for a breast augmentation consultation, I was very impressed by her sincere warmth and knowledgeability. It was clear she listened and truly cared about my concerns. She was extremely reassuring throughout the process and was with me every step of the way, replying almost instantly to all my questions at all hours of the day or night. And the results were unbelievable!!!! I was incredibly happy with the outcome --her technical skill and aesthetic expertise were top-notch-- I couldn't have imagined a better look!

The office itself is wonderfully decorated and inviting, conveniently located next to Sibley Hospital. Dr Carter's staff were also extremely friendly and helpful-- despite the constant business of the office they are always accessible and I'm never on hold for long. All in all, great experience!! I would definitely go back to Dr Carter for any future plastic surgery needs.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
