The office staff and manager are uneducated on health insurance and different types of spending accounts. I was asked how much money did I have in my HSA. I've never been asked that type of question. This brings up several red flags possible over billing, taking advantage of uneducated patients, and trending into possible fraud areas.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Dr. Leslie-Brown has the WORST bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been to. Everything I asked her was a burden. She didn't remember anything about me and when I told her I was scared of labor (as it being my first child), I get the response "most people are". Most people are??? Not, don't worry or it will be okay. After the 3rd visit, I had to change doctors...please save yourself from the frustration I went through. It's the last thing a soon to be mother needs to be worrying about.

The staff is friendly and welcoming staff. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The physician is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients, and will do anything and everything she can do to meet her patients needs. I really enjoyed my visit with her and would recommend all of my friends/family to go there.
