From the moment that I walked through the door at GISFW in Bevely it has been a wonderful experience. The staff there are so helpful and encouraging. I have been going there a little over a month and have already seen results. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes after starting there and they have been so helpful in helping me create a diabetic meal plan which I have been following this week and it is going great. It is so nice to have a gym where it is all women and everyone is there for the same reason. I would come check them out you won't be disappointed!!

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
