Terry ("Dr. T") has helped me and my family members very much with his care. I always felt I was in good hands when I went to see him. He isn't working in town anymore since he got another job opportunity. I wish him well. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me and address my issues. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I trust them completely to always have my best interest in mind. They've never pressured me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary, and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I couldn't wait to refer in friends and family! When you find a good acupuncturist, you stick with them and this one is GREAT! Everyone should visit this office.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did the needles hurt?
Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing
Did this acupuncturist use excessive foul language?
Not at all; they are always respectful and courteous!

I was treated by Terry a while back and has a great experience. I went about 7 times for my knee pain and headache problems. My knees were better after just one treatment, but my Headaches took a few more visits. I thought he was very professional and a great doctor. I went by his office a while abck and found out that he is no longer practicing here anymore. That is too bad for me and the community that could really use his help.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
