After my girlfriend had a sever allergic reaction that the ER wasn't able to help, we went to Dr. McCormick. He got things under control for us using acupuncture and other therapies. She can't handle any pharmaceutical stuff, so we always have to go with complementary therapies like acupuncture. Her breathing and skin reaction settled down within the hour we were there getting treatment. She was like 97% better when we left. Very impressive and very grateful. FYI we were visiting family in Rapid, SD and went to see him there.

My husband and I recently were in Colorado at a wellness center and reconnected with Terry when he was giving a presentation with another acupuncturist who teaches at the college in Boulder. Our daughter is planning to attend SWAC in the Fall next year and we were out visiting the area. She was inspired by her exposure to Chinese medicine when she observed our treatments with Terry when he practiced in New York. Now she is on her way to becoming another Chinese medicine doctor too. Just found his profile and thought I'd ad a note.

I just went by his office the other day and realized he had relocated out of the area to take a teaching job at an acupuncture college. I sure could have used his help again. He helped me last time with my allergies. I was having trouble breathing and the docs were pumping me with meds that didn't touch it. I didn't realize acupuncture could help me so much. Well, Terry gave me some custom herb mix from Chinese herbs and a few acupuncture treatments. Did wonders! haven't suffered with any symptoms since. . . until recently when doing a moldy remodel. I got a little bit of symptoms returning, I think I will send him an e-mail and have him give me another refill of that herb stuff from his on-line herb pharmacy. I hope he returns to practice here. I know a lot of folks that miss his care. Hope he's doing well ;-)

He worked out the issues in my neck and shoulders from a bad ski injury. I had headaches for years that were eliminated with Dr. Terry's magic acupuncture. A great acupuncturist with a great talent.

I met Terry at a free lecture he was hosting for the Chamber of Commerce. I didn't realize acupuncture and Chinese medicine could help me with my asthma. I saw him for treatment initially on a weekly basis for about a month then went to every other week. My medications have been cut by 3/4 and I have very infrequent asthma attacks. It really helped me. I am very please by his work. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. The staff always treats me well. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there. This provider is the best I've found. I'm sure they'll keep researching and trying everything they think will work until we get my issues resolved. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it.

I was seen for treatment by Dr. Terence in Saratoga Springs when I was there vacationing in upstate NY. He saved my vacation since I had pulled my back out badly. He got me feeling better in minutes. I was amazed. He gave me great confidnece in his ability and I saw him two more times while I was there that week. Went home to NYC like a new person! I was worried that the acupuncturist was going to wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear anything. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced nicely. They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had. They were totally upfront about the costs. I knew what to expect and when so I could plan for it. So helpful!

Dr. McCormick practiced in New York City for 4 years. He completed all the required education and cvertification to become licesed as an acupuncturist in New York State. I did the research. Any paperwork with New York State and elsewhere has been straighted out. He was a great help to me and saved me from surgery. I'm glad everything is straightened out. We need this docotor to remain in continual practice for many years to come. I They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me.

Our family has missed Terence's care since he relocated his practice. I learned that he took a position working on a cruise ship, then opened a practice in sunny Colorado or Wyoming. I wish him luck and those people out there are very lucky to have them at his service. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff here was extremely friendly. I felt right at home. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. The office was immaculate. There was nothing out of place or dusty, you could tell that they take pride in their office.
