It was very easy to get an appointment. He has a very flexible schedule. He made his credentials completely obvious. I couldn't wait to refer my friends and family! He explains everything in language that is easily digestable for the lay person and welcomes all questions and concerns. He will even talk to you after hours, via telephone, if necessary. When you find a good acupuncturist, you stick with them (no pun intended) and KEY Acupuncture is GREAT! Everyone should visit this office.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I wasn't pressured into buying anything. Other acupuncturists should learn from him!
Everyone in my community knows that he is the absolute best in the field.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever. They got me in at my appointment time and out in time for the next person! I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
