Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I've been to many massage therapists. I finally found one who is a good fit! She is genuinely interested in helping me reach my goals. It never feels rushed and she is willing to answer my questions and provide additional resources. Laura is knowledgeable and skilled at her trade - unlike many a canned masseuse I've experienced. I came to her for debilitating pain issues, and am seeing progress - a first with me.

Not at all. They were very careful and respectful

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
