I was billed 327 dollars for being inside the building for 18 minutes, That seems ridiculous that they are charging people or insurance for that matter $1300 an hour for them to have me put a hammer in my hand and then turn my wrist for 5 minutes and add 2 pounds to the hammer and then tell me I am good to go and I don't need therapy.
I would not recommend this place for any physical therapy.
The girl I worked with for my 10 minutes was great, very friendly, but their billing department or "what insurance agrees to pay" is a rip off.
I checked my truck camera and from walking in the building and walking out was 18 minutes and they included the time I filled out the paperwork and she scanned my ID card.
Very disappointed and I wouldn't refer anyone there because I feel they are over billing because people don't pay and they feel insurance won't investigate.
