Everything you've done for me was greatly thankful except one thing which is scheduling. First, I had been waiting to get approval from my insurance for 8 weeks after first visit. it seemed like you forgot my case for two months, so I called twice about that and left messages and then it started to process further. Secondly, there was no one answer whenever I called and left messages, but also no prompt response about it. I had a returned call after calling few times. It was made me frustrated.

Staff nurses and procedure nurse were all very caring and excellent. Dr. Lee was knowledgeable and had great bedside manor as well as Dr. Michelle Kim, Anesthesiologist. I was in and out feeling great in no time. Special thanks to Dr. Lee for accommodating my blood work! Thanks everyone!
