Dr. Lee and his staff made me feel very comfortable and were so friendly during before and after my procedure! Loved that Dr. Lee played some jams right before starting my procedure to help calm my nerves. Professional and highly recommend him!

Dr. Paul Lee is nothing short of amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner! The quality of his medical care is next to none. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist!Dr. English, my anesthesiologist, made me feel comfortable and at ease, even before he administered the anesthesia! He was fabulous!All of the nurses were wonderful! From check in to check out, I was treated with warmth and kindness!!

I turned 65 in May and as you guessed it I am on Medicare now. I choose an HMO plan. I heard a lot of bad things about HMO's ( DURING MY WORKING YEARS I HAVE ALWAYS CHOSEN A PPO PLAN ). However I have to say that my opinion has changed completely now. From the reception at the hospital, the procedure and the recovery I only saw courtesy and professionalism. I am happy very happy with the experience at HOAG. Merry Christmas to everybody

Everything went smoothly and efficiently. One of the nurses talked very fast, which I could handle. But older patients or people who are not native English speakers may have a harder time understanding. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend to others.
