Spent the majority of the visit waiting for her. She'd give me a form to fill out, disappear for 10 minutes (the form took all of about 2 mins to complete), give me another, disappear again, etc. She gave me a prescription for a new medication. Went to the pharmacy and there was a problem with the script. The pharmacist left her 2 messages and I left her 2 messages myself. She never responded. I had to find someone else and start all over again. Extremely unprofessional. You don't give someone a new medication and then not respond to calls.
