I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
