Dr. Madaan has done a tremendous job fixing our daughter's allergies, asthma & chronic hives that were not getting better despite Xolair here with UC providers. We flew out to Virginia to see Dr. Madaan at the recommendation of our our insurer, and that was the best decision we had made in our 10 months of suffering. With his sharp analytical skills and great diagnostic sense, Dr. Madaan identified all relevant allergic & non-allergic factors playing a role in our seemingly difficult to treat situation, and we were looking great within a week of arriving in Virginia from Cali. What sets him apart from other allergy providers is that he looks at the entire patient and not just allergies; he wants you to feel better and does not rest until he has accomplished that. We have never seen such a committed & accomplished physician who also happens to be very polite and caring. Way to go, Dr. Madaan & CARE!!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. While waiting for my appointment I noted that they definitely care about patient comfort. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are so kind and caring, and have stayed open past their closing time when there was an urgency on my part. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Dr. Madaan has the best bedside manner I have come across; he is very well read in his specialty. He came highly recommended by my previous doctors in North Carolina. He has a great sense of humor and put me at ease right away! Fabulous and intelligent physician who is also very compassionate - what else can you ask for in a doctor...

I have already told tons of people about how great this doctor was. They really helped me with my condition. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
