As long as the aide working for you don’t call in sick and/or decide not come to work for everything is ok. But otherwise, they cannot find a replacement for the aide, even with 3 days notice in advance.

We have worked with other providers in Columbia and that’s not the norm.
I wonder the upper management has no clue about this or if they have, they don’t care?????????

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
