My first experience with acupuncture was with Jessica at Tempe Acupuncture Center. I had tried everything to sleep better and relieve stress, but nothing was working. My coworker recommended acupuncture with Jessica, so I decided to give it a try. Not only was the experience painless, but it was very relaxing. I noticed improvements in my sleep and relaxation levels after the first session, and continue to see her regularly for other things that come up.

They took the time to explain to me what makes acupuncture effective. They were very knowledgeable. This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I felt like they actually had an interest in my problem.

The entire appointment was so relaxing, which shocked me! I wasn't pressured into buying anything, we didn't even talk about money! Other acupuncturists should learn from them!
I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
I also have had a real stressful week and Jessica got me to open up and tell her about it because she said that it would help her be able to treat me better. I was so relaxed after one appointment that I had fallen asleep and she just let me sleep for like an hour and a half. I told her that I was sorry and she said it was no big deal that she didn't need the room any way. I would recommend her to anyone who has ever thought about getting it done. Once you go you will not want to stop going. She is very professional and she is easy to talk to about what is bothering you which will help her treat your issues better.

I had sinus issues for years. Within a couple treatments I have had zero sinus headaches for months now. I am very pleased with the treatments and never felt pressured into anything. Very happy with my treatments and will be a long time customer for sure. Thanks!

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make me feel like I'm their only client. They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill.
