I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. After my first visit to this acupuncturist I realized they didn't offer Chinese herbal medicine, which sucks because I probably would have gone somewhere else if I had known. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment's risks and benefits. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
