I had several treatments with Dr. Feng and he was very professional and makes you feel at ease. He also gives training tips to strengthen core muscles and improve posture since he is also a certified trainer and does sports rehab therapy. His other staff members are great and friendly as well.
The office is conveniently located inside a fitness center and has great ample parking in front. They also have a foot scanner which is cool to see if you need to get custom orthodic cushions for your shoes. I also heard they do drug screen testings which is good if you need to get one.
Overall, the ambiance is pleasant, the staff is welcoming and the service is definitely good compared to other places I have been to where it can be cold and unfriendly and make you take unnecessary xrays! Dr. Feng is honest and sincere and definitely cares that you get better! I would still go there if I didn't move to Northern CA.

After years of insomnia, after 4 adjustments, I have been falling asleep and staying sleep for the night - its a miracle to me.

I found Dr. Feng to be both professional and personable and his easy confidence and thoughtful patience helped me relax and I enjoy the adjustment. I walked out feeling like a new person.

I got into a car accident several weeks ago, and had severe back pain I was told that I need to see a chiropractor and a physical therapist all I have to say is Dr Feng is one of the best chiropractors I had the pleasure to go to. He is a very caring, friendly and has extensive knowledge in his field, he takes his time to really understand and evaluate your situation and truly helps you recover mentally and physically. He treated me 4 times and my back pain is practically almost gone. His staff is also very friendly I would recommend Dr Charles Feng to everyone you will not regret his service.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I've had mid back and neck discomfort for almost a year. After visiting Dr. Charles Feng, my neck muscles are loosen and there's improved overall function. He applied heat pack, massaged, and corrected with adjustment. I found myself sitting up straight and not feeling much tension. I truly feel Dr, Feng is the most qualified, experienced and caring chiropractor and professional in our area

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.
