The staff from the nurses to the doctors were excellent! They took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns! One staff member named Stephanie was extremely helpful she calmed me when I was in a state of craziness.

The staff were kind and very pleasant. The team was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. My nurse Marylou was awesome. The only negative would be the recovery period was a bit longer then I was told on the first initial consultation.

It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The consultation answered all questions I had about the procedure. Everyone was so nice every time I went in. The procedure itself was great. With the pills they gave me before and the numbing agent they gave me during the procedure I was completely relaxed. Enough so that I actually feel asleep for about an hour or so. Although the swelling takes time to go away I'm really happy with how I look now. I'm sure once all the swelling goes down I'll be even more impressed. Over all I'm glad I went through with the procedure.

It was amazing! I can't believe how comfortable they made me feel before my procedure. If you follow their instructions after your procedure, the results will be amazing. The results for me have been incredible and its just been 2 weeks. I can't say enough about choosing Sono Bello for my procedure. Thank you! Thank you!

I had a very welcoming experience. My first day when deciding on what I wanted and willing to pay for was no pressure. When I met the doctor, I was surprisingly comfortable. I felt more comfortable practically in my birthday suit than in front of my regular doctor. The surgery room was comfortable and I was able to select music for my comfort (Miles Davis). After the surgery, the staff continued to communicate with me through a few calls and regular emails. I had a very good experience for my first cosmetic surgery. I am pleased with my results and looking forward to seeing what my final results will look like. If you have lipo on your abdomen, I don't recommend eating anything after surgery, my stomach could not handle it and I had a meatless burger (vegs and bread). Just liquids at least until after you sleep and it probably depends on the time of your surgery. Nevertheless, I did feel better when I couldn't hold it down. Second day pain was bad, but the meds were very helpful. I didn't have a need to finish the full body. It's been almost three months and I look pretty good. Even though the healing process was fast for me, I still recommend you take it easy on your body. I love the body suit. I feel very supported and my waist looks even smaller when I where it on a daily basis. I have already recommended this procedure to some friends and family and I am seriously thinking about doing it again for other parts and I don't believe that corrected surgery will be needed. Oh, and the pregnant pooch is so much smaller, dramatically smaller, very pleased about that. I would do it again, just to shrink the rest.

Now that I've retired from teaching, what am I going to do with the rest of my life? I had plans about traveling, a book list, volunteer work, etc. But the number one "to do" at the top of my list was "me". For decades I had been so busy with work and raising my two children that doing something special for me made me feel selfish. Talking with Alexis at Sono Bello changed all that. I decided to have my chin, neck and lower eyes refreshed and six weeks after the procedure, the current results are very satisfying. My family and friends have commented on how rejuvenated I look and their compliments have given me more confidence in myself and interacting with other people. I now look forward to the next chapter in my life with enthusiasm and excited anticipation. The friendly, qualified staff at Sono Bello were helpful and supportive throughout the entire experience. I'm so glad I decided to invest in myself.

I just want to commend you on the great staff you have at Sonobello. From Dr. John Hsu on the work he has done on my body. I’m still in the healing processes from what I can see at this time I will have very little scaring. Lonnie Jacobs from consolation to Denise Linsangan who held my hand in surgery when I was uncomfortable. These two women have made my experience at Sonobello comfortable with ease.

For all those men out there who want to improve your appearance by removing your double chin, and loose skin, I recommend to have a neck and mini facelift with Dr. Machida. I had an excellent results from my surgery after one week, and the stitches were not even visible after the two weeks. The staff was very attentive to answer all my questions. Elvia did an excellent job with my post-surgery treatments. If you are planning to have a face lift, I recommend Dr. Machida. To all the staff of Sonobello in Beverly Hills, CA, thank you for an excellent service.
