I went in to the consultation with an open mind but not necessarily going to necessarily sign up for anything without much careful consideration. Kayla at Woodlands is one of the best consultants Ive ever experienced and professional and thorough without being pushy and made me feel at ease by her knowledge about the procedures and walked me thru everything. Sadly it wasn't the same experience I received when I turned up at the Beverly Hills office and I seriously think they need an overhaul and staff training in how to treat clients. Fortunately Michael the doctor remedied my bad experience there after being left freezing in a cold room for 40 minutes after being told to change into bra's pants and a light covering. I even had to phone reception from my phone for someone to come in to bring me water that I'd asked for 3 times. Even after RINGING, and the receptionist telling me she would organize it, nothing happened and I was left there longer until someone else came in who had heard nothing regarding my requests for water 3 times. I left satisfied in the end, but my painful and uncomfortable was totally unnecessary and could have been handled better. Megan and Ashley were good. However, niceties need to be reflected by action of the entire team and something is definitely a miss being in hospitality my entire life.

My experience so far has been limited to an initial consultation, ongoing communication with the patient care consultant, and scheduling a surgeon consultation and procedure date. Kayla, the patient care consultant that has been taking care of me has been AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable, really gives you her personal attention, truly listening to what you want and need. She has patiently and accurately answered every question I have had so far. Communication has been great, she always gets back to be promptly, with the right information or solution, and really does everything she can to meet my needs / requests. It has given me a lot of confidence in this company to go ahead with them for my procedure.

Very good consultation in Anaheim office with Susanne. Very knowledgeable on various procedures and Sonobello Lift which is what I am interested in. Scheduling my appt for the procedure soon.

My girl was the best! I only came in for a consultation and by the time Kayla was done explaining everything to me I was signed up! She made all the difference in the appointment. She made me feel so comfortable. I have already referred her to co workers.

Susanne was amazing, she made me feel at ease! The fact that a camera was recording my ugly body is still scary! She is very much a people person and that is the icing on the "Professional" cake! I don't know if I would have gone through with this if without Susanne!!!

Suzanne and Viola are so friendly. Suzanne really knows a lot and presents very well. There is no pressure but when I came in, I knew if I liked what I heard, I was in.
