I have been to about 5 different chiropractors in the Quad Cities and Dr. Nelson is by far the best. He actually cares about getting you better and doesn't try and make you come in often when you don't need to. He wants to get to the root of your problem, not just adjust you when it may not be enough. He listens to you and gives you advice, exercises to try, and other suggestions that might help with your specific problem. He finds you ways to save money, not take your money. Between him and Jessy (massage therapist) my migraines are rare and my pain has reduced greatly. I love him and the staff! Jessy is AMAZING and his receptionist is very sweet. The staff philosophy is "I hope I don't see you anytime soon" - they want to help you get better so you don't HAVE to get adjustments and/or massages all the time. But... they are there when you need them! I won't go to another chiro.

What a nice change to the usual 3-5 minute in and out adjustment. Dr. Nelson spent all the time needed to take care of my issues. I think he worked on me for at least 15 to 20 minutes. AHHH! What a relief. I have also seen his massage therapist, Jessie. She has such a gift also. These two have the know how and the hands to get it done. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
Great staff and office environment. Very clean and peaceful!

Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Richard Nelson, D.C. informed me of what was learned at the latest conference attended and how it was incorporated into the practice. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I will absolutely return to Richard Nelson, D.C.! I had an amazing experience! Richard Nelson, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Richard Nelson, D.C. would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous!
