I have been going to Dr. Bruce Rachum for over six years. Initially, I was a little nervous, but I quickly realized that acupuncture is a very relaxing experience. I think it works because Dr. Rachum is so knowledgeable; he has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable. After my first session, I noticed that my muscle spasms were gone, and I could sleep better. I like to call him "A true God-send!"

Since then, I have seen him for various issues, which include knee and shoulder injuries, headaches, and back pain. He is a kind, intelligent and knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I have recommended many family members and friends to Dr. Bruce Rachum because he is genuinely a great chiropractor!

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Rachum is very skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized the adjustments to meet my specific condition. I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that he is an expert at what he does and I feel very safe. The location is convenient and they accept my insurance.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
