They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
