Therese always makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail she shows. She is always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about her making a mistake or forgetting something. She is by far one of the best I've ever seen in pilates instruction. It was obvious that Therese has been exceeding her clients' expectations for many years.
