Dr. Melody Quenzer and staff are awesome. So very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Quenzer took the time to explain all procedures and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Eye Q Optometry for all of your optometry needs!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
