They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary.
