Ms Motley and Ryan both are awesome.... she represented me when law firms wouldn't... and she won the case... I am a medical retired Vett who needed this and she handled it very well... she is the person to talk to and to handle your case

I spoke briefly with Francis Motley during a telephone conversation. I am Director of HR for an agency that provides employment for individuals with disabilities. I was simply asking a question of Francis Motley. She was rude, inpatient and unconcerned. Surely, her demeanor with clientele is more professional. I would hate to think that she is as abrupt with those that are in need of her services. She treated me as if I were a telemarketer. If you are looking for empathy and true assistance......don't expect it from Francis Motley.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The Rivera comment MUST reflect on the quality of his disability claim because Francis Motley and Ryan are wonderful. They won my case in eight months and were wonderful!
