They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. As far as the first review, I imagine anyone can add anonymous negative comments to taint a business. Real client concerns would be addressed immediately. Additionally, what "follow-up" was mentioned would be addressed in session. Last, the area is known to have zero criminal activity; this information could be obtained from local police. At night, all visitors and staff are escorted to their vehicles and the office owner always monitors every child. What other place offers this service?

They definitely do their job extremely well, because they know how to make clients feel right at home. They were so friendly and welcoming! I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
