I traveled from Miami to Boca Raton to have Dr. Gupta treat my broken arm. Best decision I could have made. Dr Gupta’s staff is very professional and efficient in setting up all the pre-op. Dr. Gupta tookthe time to explain the procedure in detail. Everything went exactly as he said. I was discharged from treatment six months post op. I had no pain, the healing process had progressed rapidly, telemed therapy had reached its max level and the scar was an ultra-thin line that was barely visible. Dr Gupta is a skilled surgeon who is also very personable and able to put his patients at ease about a situation that could be quite stressful.

Dr. Gupta obviously knows what he is doing but his lack of interaction with the patient is unacceptable. He is very difficult to get a hold of. His office is slow to function and no one seems to be working as a cohesive team. His office is very far from where we live so it didn't seem right that he was appointed as our doctor in the first place from the trauma center were originally admitted to. It is just frustrating that he didn't spend any time explaining the procedure--before or after--and that he had to be hounded by nurses over and over and over again to touch base with a patient who doesn't even know the outcome of surgery!

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
