They were so nice until they got all the money they could out of me. Doctors were great. Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Went there for months and always had problems. The doctors assistant always had an attitude when I would talk to her. The last straw was when they screwed up the date for my son’s appointment and then blamed me. Try Nemours DuPont. Don’t go to CNNH until the address the snottiness with certain staff.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their equipment was advanced. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I will absolutely return. I felt they were listening and offering helpful suggestions. My insurance covered a large portion of the costs, but we already had a portion of the testing done.
