Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
