except for the parking, I had Dr Goss, she spent time with me and was helpful and direct. I will be going back soon for further treatment. Staff seemed a little distant but may have been a busy day.

The waiting room here is spacious. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. Whenever I'm in the waiting room, I always like to look through the magazines because it makes time go by so much faster. They need a much better selection. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not that I have seen

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great
