I was in for both a facial and massage. I was disappointed that the therapists didn't give me the full amount of time I had paid for. I was supposed to get a 50-minute facial and instead the girl started 10mins late and ended 10mins early. At $49.99 for the 50-minute facial she basically took $20 right out of my pocket. The same thing happened with my 60-minute massage. I'm not sure if I was just unlucky two times in a row or what, but I tried calling the manager three times and he has yet to return my calls (and I'm not holding out hope since it was more than weeks ago now). I feel disappointed and cheated. It's a nice place, conveniently located and good prices (if you get the correct amount of time).

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The equipment they use here looked brand new and was very sophisticated. Everything was very well taken care of and in excellent condition. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
