No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I have a fairly uncommon type of hearing loss and Dr. Julie Breton has gone out of her way to work closely with me and make adjustments so that I will wear my hearing aids as much as possible. I found Dr. Julie Breton great to work with and I would heartily recommend her to anyone who is in need of an excellent audiologist.

We found our experience with Dr. Breton terrible. She is cold and uncaring and we found her to be very abrupt in her communication. She should certainly not be treating children with hearing loss with this approach. She took us through the process of fitting my son for hearing aids and molds only to send them back before they were able to be delivered because we had to reschedule several appointments with her office. She did not indicate anytime before she sent the aids back that there was any problem in having to reschedule the appointments, as he was sick, had an ear infection, etc. The last conversation she had with me was that she did not want to commit the time to fitting these hearing aids for my son and that she would be returning them. She offered no referral to any other office and did not care in the least that she was leaving us without these hearing aids that we spent so much time trying to get fit to him. I honestly cannot believe she calls herself a doctor
