My experience with Ayurveda began in 2013 on Turks and Caicos. I had hurt a knee that was still healing from surgery. I was introduced to an Indian doctor from Kerala who used Energy Healing as a tool and the knee healed itself.
I began to educate myself and studied with my beloved Sadhguru.
In October 2016,I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer almost 4th Stage.....The Universe makes no mistakes. it literally sent me Dr.Kaushik.

Dr. Somesh Kaushik proceeded immediately with Pancha Karma. it was very intense teamwork....I had surgery at the end of January 2017.
The tumor could not be found.

That's not the end of the story. Dr. Kaushik and I have been working together for over 3 and 1/2 years on subsequent issues such as my immune system. He has always encouraged me to provide honest feedback so that he can adjust his protocol to my individual needs. Each person is different..I am an intelligent female in her 80's and an Artist.
No illness is a passive process. Active participation and taking responsibility for one's own actions are essential for success.
I have every confidence in Ayurveda and in Dr. Somesh Kaushik's ability.Today, I'm only summarizing part of my experience and opinion. Some things are inexplicable. You only know what you know and you don't know what you don't know.

I am grateful to Dr. Kaushik as well as his Wife and Son for their constant support.

Dr. Kaushik has been doing great work and has been very caring towards me and my family. He not only helps to treat the medical issues that I've run into, but also coaches me through living healthier on a daily basis.

This is the worst Ayurvedic doctor i have ever gone to for healing. He was disrespectful to me and did not connect my sessions for me. He never once looked at what he gave me the session before so he never discussed how it affected me. I sent him my diet and my non-Ayurvedic supplements via email and not once did he go over them with me to tell if any of them were not right for me. Once he took forever to send me my herbs and i had to text and call and text and call. He is truly not a man of spirituality or honor though he claims to be. He is truly only into money and his facade of compassion is just that. I had such trouble reaching him when i needed him. I gave him thousands of dollars and he is simply not a very good doctor. He denied responsibility for the treatment. As a person of very limited resources i gave him several thousand dollars for treatment I have asked for only $500.00 back and he has refused and denied me that.

Seeng Dr. Kaushik has truly changed my life. After 5 different allopathic specialists over 4 months were unable to diagnose my condition, Dr. Kaushik had my ailments identified and a complete plan for diet and supplementation within one visit. He listens to every concern, no matter how small, and takes time to help you understand every aspect of your healthcare. Perhaps most importantly he is a caring and calming presence, entirely without ego. I feel blessed to have found him.

Dr. Kaushik is a blessing. I am so very grateful to be under his care. After just one month my blood pressure stabilized, I slept better, my energy returned, and my low blood sugar attacks disappeared. Now, after several months I feel in total balance. I’ve never been better in my life. Friends say I look younger and want to know the secret - it is the personalized nutrition, exercise, and treatment plan from Dr. Kaushik. Dr. Kaushik is the consummate doctor – caring and compassionate – dedicated to healing the body, mind, and spirit. His knowledge is a perfect combination of science and metaphysics. I have been seeing Dr. Kaushik for about 4 years now. He listens closely to my problems and concerns without dismissing a single one as something I made up. He finds the right regiment for me to follow and follows up to make sure it is working well for me. I appreciate the fact that I do not need to be afraid to discuss my problems. It is very important to me.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
