I went to this chiropractor for several weeks. I always felt like he was trying to sell me some supplement or another and he never actually adjusted my back/spine. He also talked more about his issues (adhd) than I cared to hear. I continued to go because the massage therapists were great. The office staff was ok but the scheduling was not right. I don't believe a client should be scheduled first for a massage, then physical therapy and maybe an adjustment - it's totally backwards. I really felt the Dr was more concerned about billing my insurance the full amount than getting me better. The therapy was not effective. They just put you on machines and didn't work with teaching you stretches and exercises to do on your own. I now go to a different clinic and am feeling 100% better. They have a good concept but need better leadership.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.
