I always had to wait which would have been ok if he hadn't given up on me ever getting better. He only likes to use new drugs and I had treatment resistant depression which needed a combination of new and older medicines to treat.
His staff never responded to voicemails and never answered the phone once he switched from his Hillcrest location. I left many voicemails in a week and not one was returned. I finally had to drive to the office which was 65 miles away to find out what was going on.
