I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their facility. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very impressed with the progress I was able to make even after my first appointment with them. They answered every single one of my questions, I feel even more confident and hopeful about the future. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
