The person that tested my eyes was pushy telling me that I was lucy to get my drivers license. The doctor was not friendly and was also pushy, I would not reccomed this doctor to anyone.

I visited Dr. Co's old office in East Richardson several years ago and I was not impressed. The office staff was unprofessional and the office just seemed very disorganized. I saw recently that they moved to a nice-looking new office very close to our home, so I thought I would try them again for my annual contact lens exam. This time my experience was worse - and I didn't even get in the door. When I called to make an appointment, the office staff was not at all helpful in explaining my insurance benefits to me, and would not even call my insurance company when I asked them to verify the information. They told me it was better to call my insurance company myself, which is absurd and also told me that they could not even find me on my insraunce company's website. The office staff at the Plano doctor's office I visited last year for my exam called my insurance company twice, went online easily to check beneifts, and clearly explained all of my benefits to me. Unfortunately, I will be driving to Plano for my eye exam again rather than visiting Dr. Co's new office 1/2 mile from my home.
