I went to this doctor after my neurologist retired. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The doctor kept wanting me to keep a journal of my migraines, which I had done for him for SIX months. He didn't want to prescribe anything for my migraines in the meantime until I almost begged for my imitrex injections. After the six months of journal keeping (which I had done for my previous doctor and was diagnosed with migraines), he wanted me to keep a journal for another SIX months, again, without suggesting any preventative medications to reduce the amount of migraines. I never went back to him. My internist was more than happy to prescribe my imitrex injections and knows I have been diagnosed with migraines. This doctor needs a good dose of bedside manner classes.
