I was totally impressed with Dr Pilcher - I am having brain surgery with him soon. We waited 90 minutes - totally frustrated, but then he spent about an hour with us discussing the procedure with us, so I really can't complain about it!!! He probably did it with everyone! How often does a Dr take time like this with you!! :-)

Dr.Pilcher is AWESOME BUT his NP was the WORSTI had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
