Very helpful and solution focused. Always available when I need an appointment and I've never been kept waiting. Warm and direct. Also a bonus, they handle all the insurance stuff.

I took my son there for help and I am totally dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and care by the staff. The 1st red flag I should have ignored was that it was a chore to just get them on the phone. They didn't really seem to care about the problem and only wanted to rack up visits with us. We also had to wait in the waiting room about 15 minutes before our session. I asked around and it looks like the best help in the area is in Louisville So now we are actually getting the help we were looking for.

I was referred by my primary care physician. The first time I called and left a message, I received a return call within 24 hours; however, it was very rude, cold and unprofessional. She basically referred my on to another co-worker since they were taking "new" patients. I called back to schedule an appt. with the "co-worker" and spoke to the person that originally left me a vmail. Still, she was very rude and unprofessional and said she would leave a message for the person I was calling for...never received a call back so I called again and directly left a vmail. Still, to this day, never received a call back. Horrible customer service...I can only imagine how bad their services actually are here.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. they always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make you feel very comfortable during your sessions. The loss of my mother was very hard on me and through counseling with Treat & Lindsey - I was able to come to terms with her death and walk away with a whole new insight on things and feeling 100% better.
