The first time I went to see my doctor, he had the wrong case file open while he was talking to me. He realized it two minutes before I left. The second time I went to see him, he referred to me by the wrong name and made me wait for 45 minutes prior to seeing him. The third time I went to see him, he handed me a prescription that was higher than my normal dose, so I had it filled, and the CVS I went to said they had spoken to him after THEY realized that the dose was too high. This place is terrible.

I would like to give them a zero. Money driven. They do not care about the people. My daughter had appointment after appointment with no therapist ever showing up. I got billed though. They cram people in like sardines, very impersonal. When I got a therapist I was not told she was a student and then she left. Next one had no knoeledge of what they were doing. Un professional. Shpuld be shut down.

This office's greatest strength is also its greatest weakness. It's got a TON of counselors and patients which results in an office that is very poorly managed. Their policies are also awful pertaining to patient records. I was told to make an appointment for 4 months after seeing my RN but that they couldnt book that far in advance so to call back in a few months. I forgot and it ended up being 5 months between visits. When I made my appointment I was told that my records had been moved to the basement and I would be seen as a new patient and have to redo all of my paperwork. When I told them that I was seeing the RN for prescription management and that it would be best if she had my existing file, I was told that the files are difficult to get to so they probably won't be able to get them out for me but that hopefully my RN would remember me once she saw me. Not the type of service anyone dealing with depression, anxiety or any other mental issue should have to settle for. Go elsewhere if you want to be more than a dollar sign in the eye of your doctor.

Survey Responses:
I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It wouldn't be fair for someone else to have to suffer through a session with them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
