In the 20 minutes that Sean Chappin spent with me, there was almost no time spent on evaluation. Inappropriate comments regarding my manner of dress and what I identified with sexually were some of the irrelevant remarks that led up to quickly prescribing an anti-psychotic that I had a severe negative reaction to. I did receive a new prescription the following day.
This was purely a wham bam thank you ma'am for your money.

Staff is fine but the Dogmatic stuff shirt who is a total void of empathy going by name , Dr Cox should be avoided in your staff selection.

This practice is awful. The staff is rude, Dr. Cox was AWFUL, Rocco (the intake counselor) has zero concern for patient privacy...he was on the phome with one patient at the same time he was taking my info, then decided to take a phone call and chat with his wife (still, while taking my info). When I attempted to contact Ms. Hunt and voice my issues I was ignored. If you are seeming any type of real psychiatric help, look elsewhere.

I was never impressed with Pinnacle. The office staff is cold and unfriendly, the counselors seem constrained to how much time they can spend with you, and their prescription line for medication refills has to be the most messed up one I've ever used. If I were you, I would go elsewhere, which we have! We followed one of their former counselors who left their practice because of what he called moral and ethical issues with the way the practice was being run.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
