This 'doctor' is terrible, awful, evil, worst counselor ever! Thanks to her my marriage was destroyed!!! Not understanding, bias, condescending. I have no idea how this person became a 'counselor.' She needs a counselor! Please revoke her license before she destroys more marriages!!! Stop her sessions, no worth it!!!

She's very understanding, and she explains why we have some if the emotional issues that people have, and how to address them head on.

Dr. Lai was key in resolving my issues. While seeing her, I was able to see results by my second visit. I could not only feel the difference but could actually see myself getting physically better, thus mentally stronger. She worked collaboratively with my doctor on resolving my health towards a goal improving my mental health. She stays informed on the latest therapies and information to help her patients.
I feel she is a great therapist and trust in her professional skills, which allowed me to eventually return to work.
She has been a big part of my continued well being, as she provided me with the tools to reflect on when I start feeling down. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
