Lorraine in my opinion is at best inept at worst in this profession for the money to collect her fees. She's difficult to set up an appointment with she is more interested in telling what you what to do instead of helping you figure out what you need to do. In my opinion a therapist is not suppose to be a parent but a guide to understanding truth hence in my experience she tries to be the latter.
