Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
