I receive treatment here monthly. I graduated from the outpatient groups and go there for my medication. Not only is the staff nasty and quite spiteful ( if you defend yourself in any way or back them in to a metaphorical corner because you bring their lack of care to their attn) they will skip you on purpose and make you wait. I wait nearly 1-2 hours every single time. For a simple prescribtion writing. Not only that but my insurance changed for 30 days ( as it does every year when i renew) then it goes back to normal. This happened again and like every year i made them and my pharmacy accross the street aware. Now 2 days before my appt i am told i will not receive my medication unless i pay $150. Mind you i called them to confirm my appt. If i didnt call them NOONE would have called me. yet they tried to say im lucky and it was kind of them that THEY made a courtesy call. Which clearly was not the case. They tell me 2 days before my visit that i cant receive my meds ( that i will go into immedeate withdrawls if i dont take it) unless i pay $150? Im sorry you may have that kind of money at the drop of a dime. But i have 2 children. One with Autism and a 4 year old who is very active. My bills are about $4950 per month. Daycare is $2400 per month for both kids. Not that its their problem what my expenses are but my point is not all of us can just pull that out of our asses.

Also the biggest problem ive had there is they have ZERO compassion. The ONLYONE with any compassion love and heart is Jan the Counsler. She is a miracle worker. She is too good for that place yet she stays. It makes me sick how the rest of the staff treat people. Especially Dr Zysman. To them you are "Just another Dirtbag Addict" Youre in a business that requires compassion, patience and competency. And there is NONE of that there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They defrauded Medicaid a few times, had to pay them back a million or so. Sleazy group of people. To put it mildly. They also try to take money from patients who receive merit awards, by having house managers witthold their checks.

Don't bother. Had an appointment at 4:15. I arrived on time. There was no receptionist at the window. I had a seat and waited, and waited. No one greeted me, no one acknowledged me. At 5:30, they told me since I was not on time for my appointment they could not see me and I would have to return another day.

Place looks horrible - shabby building, poorly decorated. Not welcoming at all.

Will not return, and will advise others that this place is to be avoided. If this is how they treat new patients, can you imagine the lack of care given to existing patients????

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was dissapointed. The woman who works at the desk is such a bitch and has no compassion for anyone who is going theough withdrawals and i am NEVER going back again. DONT go here
