Vast experience, very knowledgeable and very personable. Brainspotting is so helpful with seemingly mild effort. Duane is always welcoming listens "in between the lines". Great coach for helping me change.

This provider had excellent insight. He was able to quickly identify the primary root of my mental distress. He introduced EMDR therapy to me, which consequently allowed me to shed mentally crippling concepts and filters through which I viewed my life. I have only tremendous accolades for his abilities. He listened to me and I am really impressed with his apparent concern for my well being. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen within 10 minutes, each time, and often immediately. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I kept going to him, beginning with a mindset of depression and futility, to the point of feeling like I graduated mentally to a bike with training wheels, to the ultimate freedom of no training wheels. I was unable to file insurance with him, which was fine with me, because he is not constrained by bureaucratic limitations. It was so worth careful budgeting to see him, and the money spent is nothing compared to the positive, enthusiastic approach I have to my life now. Most important thing: I had to want to improve my quality of life by working on myself, not on emphasizing the need for other people to change their attitudes.
